Terms and Conditions of Sale

Below are our terms and conditions of sale for our exclusive golf + hotel stays in Morocco. Payments are securely processed to our Euro account in Morocco.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit becomes due only after the golf schedules are confirmed and aligned with your preferences. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Our company, Events Country Golf, operates as a legal entity under Moroccan law.

Golf + Hotel Morocco

For our Golf Breaks in Morocco, we require a 30% deposit at the time of reservation, payable only once the golf schedules are confirmed and tailored to your convenience. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival, as we are required to pay the full stay to the hotel in advance.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, refunds are issued as follows:

  • Up to 7 days before the arrival date: No refund (0%).
  • Between 8 and 14 days before the arrival date: 50% refund minus €50 per person for administrative fees.
  • Between 15 days and one month before the arrival date: 75% refund minus €50 per person for administrative fees.

Payment Method

We accept bank transfers only for deposits and final payments. Bank details will be provided during the booking process.

Delivery of Vouchers

For golf + hotel stays, vouchers will be delivered via email and postal mail after your payment has been received and processed. These vouchers serve as confirmation of your booking and will include all relevant details for your trip.
